Proudly rooted in her native Los Angeles, Catherine is based in Calabasas and extends her expertise to areas including West Hollywood, Beverly Grove, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, The Valley, and Beach Cities. Specializing in residential investments, development, luxury estates and resale, Catherine's primary focus has been the Beverly Grove neighborhood. With a keen eye for architecture and a love for building client relationships, Catherine brings a dynamic and personable approach to real estate. Catherine's strengths lie in her exceptional people skills and ability to adapt to the ever-changing real estate landscape. Having honed her communication and service skills in roles at the LA Philharmonic, acting, modeling, and hospitality, Catherine's transition into real estate was a natural evolution. Beyond the world of real estate, Catherine enjoys being active; including pilates, yoga, horseback riding, going to the beach, and is a six-time Malibu marathon "Legacy" runner.
